Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
